How do I manage visitor follow-up?

Created by Tim Ramsey, Modified on Sat, 29 Aug at 8:11 PM by Tim Ramsey

Visitor Follow-up makes sure a first-time guest hears from someone, which is often the difference between a single visit and a second one. Connection cards and follow-up tasks stay together with a record of what was done, so two people do not call the same guest while another guest is never contacted at all. Use it early in the week after a service, and again when you want to see which follow-ups are still open.

Start at More > Admin Tools, then open Visitor Follow-up. The required permission may be needed before this tile appears.

Steps

  1. Tap More in the bottom navigation.
  2. Tap Admin Tools under Administration.
  3. Tap People & Engagement, then tap Visitor Follow-up. You can also enter Visitor Follow-up in Search Admin Tools.
  4. Review visitors, connection cards, and follow-up tasks.
  5. Open a visitor, record the follow-up outcome, and save the next action.

If the tile or an action is missing, ask a network administrator to review your permissions.
