How do I manage fiscal year budgets?

Fiscal Year Budgets give your church one place to plan the year and then watch how ministries are tracking against it. Because ministry budgets roll up into the church-wide picture, leaders can manage their own line items while finance still sees the total. Use it when you are building next year's budget, reviewing spending partway through the year, or preparing numbers for a board or business meeting.

Start at More > Admin Tools, then open Fiscal Year Budgets. The required permission may be needed before this tile appears.

Steps

1. Tap More in the bottom navigation.
2. Tap Admin Tools under Administration.
3. Tap Financial, then tap Fiscal Year Budgets. You can also enter Fiscal Year Budgets in Search Admin Tools.
4. Create or open a fiscal year budget.
5. Review church-wide amounts and ministry rollups, update line items, then save.

If the tile or an action is missing, ask a network administrator to review your permissions.
