How do I use Form Builder?

Form Builder lets your church collect information without paper cards, a separate survey service, or a developer. Responses land in one place you can review, so registrations, interest cards, and applications stop arriving as scattered emails. Use it for anything you would normally hand out on a clipboard, and use the embed code when the form also needs to live on your church website.

Start at More > Admin Tools, then open Form Builder. The required permission may be needed before this tile appears.

Steps

1. Tap More in the bottom navigation.
2. Tap Admin Tools under Administration.
3. Tap Automation & Tools, then tap Form Builder. You can also enter Form Builder in Search Admin Tools.
4. Create a form or open an existing one to edit its fields and settings.
5. Save the form, then use its responses or embed-code area as needed.

If the tile or an action is missing, ask a network administrator to review your permissions.
