Where are sign-up sheets?

Sign-up sheets let people claim volunteer slots for a ministry, an event, or the whole church. For volunteers, that means you can see exactly which spots are still open and take one without a back-and-forth conversation. For leaders, it replaces the clipboard and the reply-all email thread with a live list that fills itself in. Use it when you want to help with a meal, an event, or a serving rotation, or when you need to organize one.

Find and join a sheet

1. On Home, tap Sign-Up Sheets, or open More → Content & Communication / Church Life → Sign-Up Sheets.

2. Tap the sheet you need.
3. Tap an open slot to sign up.

Sign-up sheets list

Create a sheet (staff or leaders)

1. On the Sign-Up Sheets screen, tap +.
2. Choose Ministry, Event, or Standalone.
3. Add slots, then open the sheet menu and Publish.
4. Optional: turn on church-wide visibility in Sheet Settings, then Copy Link to share a public URL.

Public links look like https://go.churchconnector.com/sign-up/... and can be embedded on your church website.
