How do I check in my family

Family Check-In lets you sign your whole household in from your own phone, so you can skip the line at the kids desk and get to the service on time. It also creates the security record your church uses at pickup, which is how volunteers know a child goes home with the right adult. Use it as you arrive on Sunday or before any event where your church tracks attendance for kids.

Steps

1. Tap More in the bottom navigation.

2. Tap Family Check-In (the screen title may say Self Check-In).
3. Under Select Event, tap the service or kids event (for example Sunday Kids Church).
4. Under Select Members, tap each person who is checking in.
5. Tap Check In when the button shows the correct count.

What success looks like

You see a confirmation and any security or pickup instructions your church prints on the label. If the event list says No active events available, ask a volunteer or open the church kiosk instead.
