Switching family members lets one parent handle the whole household from a single login, without separate accounts and passwords for kids or a spouse who does not use the app. Once you switch, Church Connector shows that person's serving schedule, registrations, and details so you can act on their behalf. Use it when you need to check a child's check-in history, RSVP for a family member, or review someone else's assignments.
Family switching is available when another family member is linked to your account.
Steps
- From Home, tap your profile avatar at the top right.
- On Profile & Account, scroll to Family.
- Find the family member you want to use.
- Tap Switch Family beside that person.
- Church Connector returns to Home using the selected family member.
Profile & Account
To switch back, open your profile avatar again and repeat these steps. If Family does not appear, ask your church to verify your household links.
