Find your way around Church Connector

Church Connector holds a lot of your church's life in one app. Knowing the layout means you spend time using features instead of hunting for them. Almost every screen is reached from one of four places: the header, the Home dashboard, the bottom tabs, or the More list.

Read this once when you are new. Come back whenever you cannot find something you know the app can do.

Start on Home

After you sign in, Home is your starting point. Confirm the church name at the top so you know you are in the right network.

Home usually has three blocks:

1. Announcements for church news. Tap View All to open the full list.
2. Quick Actions for the features you use most often.
3. Upcoming Events for services and activities. Use the campus filter if your church has more than one campus, then tap View All for the full calendar list.

What you see depends on your church settings and your permissions. Empty sections are normal when there is nothing scheduled yet.

Header

The header stays available on Home and many other screens.

• Menu (three lines) opens the side drawer with the same destinations you can reach from More, plus shortcuts such as joining another network.
• Your church name and welcome line confirm which church you are using.
• The inbox icon opens staff or church messaging when your church enabled it.
• The bell opens notifications.
• Your profile avatar (initials or photo) opens Profile & Account.

Profile & Account

From the profile avatar you can:

• Edit your profile and family details
• Manage notification preferences
• Switch family members when you share a household
• Switch churches if you belong to more than one network
• Open account options such as deleting your account

Bottom tabs

The five tabs at the bottom are the fastest way to move between major areas.

1. Home for announcements, quick actions, and upcoming events.
2. Discussion for channels and messages.
3. Calendar for services and events.
4. Ministries for ministry hubs your church enabled.
5. More for the full searchable list of features.

Bottom navigation tabs

Tap a tab any time to leave the screen you are on and jump to that area.

Tap More when a feature is not on Home or in the bottom tabs.

More opens a searchable list grouped by section. Use Search... at the top if you know the name of what you want.

• Help & Legal for the Help Center, FAQ, Contact Support, and Report a Bug
• Profile & Account if you prefer to open it from the list instead of the avatar
• Billing & Subscription when your role can manage the church subscription

Your list can be shorter or longer than this. Church Connector only shows features your church turned on and that your account is allowed to open.

Quick actions

Quick Actions on Home are shortcuts you choose. Common favorites include Directory, Check-In, Sign-Up Sheets, and Prayer Requests.

To change them:

1. On Home, find Quick Actions.
2. Tap the tune (sliders) icon beside the heading.
3. Select or clear favorites, then tap Save.

You can only pin as many as the sheet allows. Available actions depend on your access. For the full walkthrough, see How do I choose Home quick action favorites?

How to find something quickly

1. Check Quick Actions on Home.
2. Check the bottom tabs.
3. Tap More, then type a word in Search... (for example directory, give, or check-in).
4. Open the header Menu if you are looking for network or account destinations.
5. If you still cannot find it, open More → Help & Legal → Help Center, or ask a church administrator whether the feature is enabled for your role.

What success looks like

You can reach Home, Discussion, Calendar, Ministries, and More without guessing. Features you use weekly sit in Quick Actions, and everything else is one search away in More. When something is missing, you know whether to check permissions, church settings, or Help & Legal.
