Deleting your account gives you a way to close out your Church Connector login on your own, without filing a request and waiting on someone else. It is the right step when you are leaving the church, no longer want an app account, or want your sign-in removed for privacy reasons. Know before you start that this covers your login only.
Deleting your account removes your Church Connector login. Ask your church separately if household or giving records also need to be removed.
Steps
- In the app header, tap your profile avatar (your initials or photo on the right).

- Tap Profile & Account.

- Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm, then enter your password when asked.
What success looks like
You are signed out and can no longer log in with that email. Historical giving or check-in records your church must keep may remain on the church side.
