How do I join my church?

Connecting your account to your church unlocks the rest of the app: directory, events, giving, check-in, and groups all come from that church network. Until you are connected, Home has little to show you.

There is no church search. You join with a short invitation code from a church administrator.

Where admins find the invitation code

1. Open Admin Tools > Network & System.
2. The invitation code is at the top of Network Management. Tap to copy.
3. You can still change the code under Edit Network Info if needed.

The code is usually five letters. Only people with network admin permissions can see it.

Join with an invitation code

1. Sign in to Church Connector.
2. Open the menu and choose My Network (or Switch Network).
3. Tap Join Network in the top right.
4. Enter the invitation code from your church, then tap Join Network.
5. Confirm the church name on Home (top of the screen).

If you do not belong to any church yet, the welcome screen also has a Join Network button that opens the same invite-code screen.

Switching between churches you already joined

On My Networks, select a church, then tap Switch to make it your active church. That is different from joining a new church with an invitation code.

What success looks like

Home shows your church name and a welcome for your account. If you do not have a code, ask the church office or a network administrator to send you the Network Invitation Code from Network Management.
