How do I manage sermons?

Sermon Manager is how your teaching gets from Sunday into the app, where members can catch up on a message they missed or share it with someone. Recording the speaker, series, and category makes the archive searchable, so a message from two years ago is still findable instead of lost. Use it each week after a service, and when you are organizing past messages into series.

Start at More > Admin Tools, then open Sermon Manager. The required permission may be needed before this tile appears.

Steps

1. Tap More in the bottom navigation.
2. Tap Admin Tools under Administration.
3. Tap People & Engagement, then tap Sermon Manager. You can also enter Sermon Manager in Search Admin Tools.
4. Add or open a sermon and complete its message, speaker, series, media, and category details.
5. Save or publish the sermon when it is ready.

If the tile or an action is missing, ask a network administrator to review your permissions.
