How do I configure gifts and talents?

Gift & Talent Configuration is where you define the gifts, talents, categories, and assessment tests your church uses. When this list is clear, members take assessments that match your language, and leaders can place people based on real results instead of guesses. Use it before you launch a gifts class, refresh your assessment, or add a talent your church wants to track.

Start at More > Admin Tools. The required permission may be needed before this tile appears.

Steps

1. Tap More in the bottom navigation.
2. Tap Admin Tools under Administration.
3. Tap Network & System, then tap Gift & Talent Configuration. You can also enter Gift in Search Admin Tools.
4. Switch between the Gift & Talent Tests, Talents, and Categories tabs.
5. Add or edit an item, then save. Keep category names short so they stay readable on member screens.

If the tile or an action is missing, ask a network administrator to review your permissions.
