How do I manage capital projects?

Capital Projects track larger facility and improvement work separately from day-to-day ministry tasks, so timelines and ownership stay clear. Use them for renovations, equipment upgrades, and multi-phase builds.

Leaders can also reach this area from a ministry hub when the module is enabled for that ministry. Network administrators can open it from Admin Tools for broader management.

Start at More > Admin Tools, or open the ministry from Ministries. The required permission and module setting may be needed before this appears.

1. Tap More in the bottom navigation.
2. Tap Admin Tools under Administration.
3. Tap Ministry Management, then tap Capital Projects. You can also enter Capital Projects in Search Admin Tools.
4. Create or open a capital project, update its plan or status, then save.
5. Save your changes when you finish editing.

From a ministry hub

1. From Home, tap Ministries.
2. Open the ministry you lead.
3. Tap Capital Projects if the module is enabled.
4. Create or open a capital project, update its plan or status, then save.

If the module or an action is missing, ask a network administrator to enable it for the ministry and review your permissions.
