What can leaders do on a ministry hub?

Created by Tim Ramsey, Modified on Sat, 29 Aug at 8:10 PM by Tim Ramsey

A ministry hub is the working home for the ministry you lead. Instead of tracking teams in one app, volunteers in a spreadsheet, and supplies on paper, everything your church enabled for that ministry lives behind one screen your team can reach. Use it when you are planning a project, filling volunteer slots, checking your budget, or handing responsibilities to someone else.

  1. From Home, tap Ministries.
  2. Tap the ministry you lead to open its hub.
  3. Open an enabled area such as Teams, Projects, Sign-Up Sheets, Bulletins, Recurring Tasks, Inventory, Budgets, or Facility Reservations.
  4. Use the add or edit action inside that area to manage its records.
  5. Return to the hub to move between ministry areas.

Available areas and editing actions depend on the ministry configuration and your permissions. Network administrators can manage all ministries through More > Admin Tools > Ministries.
