How do I manage ministry inventory?

Inventory keeps supplies and equipment listed in one place so leaders know what you own, what is low, and what needs replacing. Use it before purchasing and after events that consume supplies.

Leaders can also reach this area from a ministry hub when the module is enabled for that ministry. Network administrators can open it from Admin Tools for broader management.

Start at More > Admin Tools, or open the ministry from Ministries. The required permission and module setting may be needed before this appears.

From Admin Tools

1. Tap More in the bottom navigation.
2. Tap Admin Tools under Administration.
3. Tap Ministry Management, then tap Inventory. You can also enter Inventory in Search Admin Tools.
4. Add or open an inventory item, update quantities or details, then save.
5. Save your changes when you finish editing.

From a ministry hub

1. From Home, tap Ministries.
2. Open the ministry you lead.
3. Tap Inventory if the module is enabled.
4. Add or open an inventory item, update quantities or details, then save.

If the module or an action is missing, ask a network administrator to enable it for the ministry and review your permissions.
