How do I use Shepherding?

Shepherding tracks ongoing care for a person or family so no one falls through the cracks between Sundays. Each engagement records who is being cared for, who is doing the caring, what the focus is, and what has happened so far, which means care continues even when leaders change. Use it for seasons that need sustained attention such as grief, illness, restoration, or a family in crisis.

Shepherding access is limited to approved roles.

1. From Home, tap More.
2. Under Personal Tools, tap Shepherding.
3. Tap an engagement to review its people, shepherds, focus, and updates.
4. Use the available actions to record care activity or update the engagement.
5. Tap + to create an engagement if your permissions allow it.
