System Tools holds the maintenance work that keeps your church's data safe and your app configured correctly, including backups and reporting. Having it in one place means an administrator can protect the church's records without technical help or a support ticket. Use it when you need a backup before a large change, want to pull a report, or need to adjust how the app is configured.
Start at More > Admin Tools, then open System Tools. The required permission may be needed before this tile appears.

Steps
- Tap More in the bottom navigation.
- Tap Admin Tools under Administration.
- Tap Network & System, then tap System Tools. You can also enter System Tools in Search Admin Tools.
- Choose the backup, report, integration, or app configuration tool you need.
- Review the instructions on that tool before running or saving an action.
If the tile or an action is missing, ask a network administrator to review your permissions.
