How do I use SMS Messaging?

Created by Tim Ramsey, Modified on Sat, 29 Aug at 8:11 PM by Tim Ramsey

Text messages get read faster than anything else your church sends, which makes SMS the right channel for urgent or short notices. Sending from a church number rather than a staff member's personal phone keeps the conversation in one shared inbox, so replies do not get stranded with whoever happened to send the message. Use it for reminders, quick coordination with a team, and keyword sign-ups that let people opt in themselves.

Start at More > Admin Tools, then open SMS Messaging. The required permission may be needed before this tile appears.
