Instead of trusting that you will remember a prayer need or a promised follow-up, you record it against the person so the next conversation picks up where the last one left off. Use it after a hospital visit, a hard phone call, or any moment worth remembering the next time you see that person.
- From Home, tap More.
- Under Personal Tools, tap People Notes.
- Browse or search the notes available to you.
- Tap a note to read its details and follow-up information.
- Tap the add action to create a note, choose the person, enter the note, and save it.

Access depends on your role. Treat private notes as confidential and follow your church's record-keeping policies.
