How do I customize check-in labels?

The Label Editor lets you design the check-in and nursery labels your printers produce, so each child or guest gets the right name, code, and details on paper. A clear template reduces front-desk confusion and helps parents match kids quickly after service. Use it before a busy Sunday, when you change printers, or when your check-in process needs different fields on the label.

Start at More > Admin Tools. The required permission may be needed before this tile appears.

Steps

1. Tap More in the bottom navigation.
2. Tap Admin Tools under Administration.
3. Tap Events & Serving, then tap Label Editor. You can also enter Label in Search Admin Tools.
4. Open an existing template or create a new one.
5. Arrange the label blocks, preview the layout, then save the template.

If the tile or an action is missing, ask a network administrator to review your permissions.
